>> WHAT IT TAKES
All ITM positions require minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, coupled with at least 2 years experience with CNC machine design, operation, and management. Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Experience with process design, machining material, ASME14.5 blueprint reading
- Advance cutting tool exposure, min. 1 year
- AutoCAD 20XX, exposure to SolidWorks and COSMOS
- Experience with engineering tools and assembly equipment
- GE-Fanuc CNC and PLC experience
- Renishaw laser inspection system experience

We are looking for Machine Manufacturer Representatives with experience in selling CNC Grinding Machines… ITM has a long tradition of manufacturing high precision and high production grinding machines and at the same time offering competitive pricing, delivery, and outstanding customer service. These are the cornerstones under which ITM was founded and the cornerstones that will be its foundation in the future. ITM’s key to success is the accumulated grinding knowledge that has been gained by ITM personnel from diversified exposure to a large number of industry markets. We set out to build machines that would take advantage of the latest in software technologies, reliable GE FANUC controls and expandable networking capabilities. Theses technologies allow users to operate our machines 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with minimal attendance.
We are presently seeking professional representation within the United States, Eastern Europe and Asia.
Requirements to become an ITM representative:
- Applicant must be an actual machine distributor
- Must complete an ITM manufacturer’s agreement
- Applicant must be approved by ITM
